Yoga Haven AcroYoga Workshop

AcroYoga blends elements of yoga, Thai massage and acrobatics into a fun, playful and therapeutic soup.

Seasoned with the healing arts, AcroYoga is unique: the flyer gets lifted into the air and receives a recipe of inverted twists, tractions and palming. The body experiences a great sense of relief, rather like floating.

We also incorporate side dishes of yoga, partner yoga, and lovely Thai Massage to end.

Teachers Will & Chetana will guide you through this 3-hour acro workshop to delve deep into connection and discover new aspects of yourself.

Suitable for all levels of experience. No partner necessary. Open to all levels. You don’t need to be a gymnast, circus acrobat, or seasoned yogi!
