Teacher Neilon and Chetana will guide you through a 3 hour acro workshop to delve deep into connection with other beautiful people.

AcroYoga uses play to combine the balance and awareness of yoga with the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics and the healing nature of Thai massage. Working with one or more partners, these three disciplines are fused into wonderful sequences of inversions, flows and balances.
