We begin our day with restorative yoga into partner yoga. After breakfast we stretch into DJ led contact dance on the lawns. From there we transition into humandalas before we move into partner work encouraging core connection. We then use our newly developed body integrity to dive deep into acrobatics and acro balance transitions and flows.

After lunch we wind down with a redwood hike and lake dip preparing to totally melt our selves into the candle lit thai yoga massage temple of love.

• Closing with sundown kirtan before dinner and fireside sharing. Bring instruments and gifts.
