You just need to get the flights. Last time I checked around £85 return from London to Agadir. The sooner you book your flights the better as prices tend to go up!

Accommodation is based on sharing. A few single and available with a supplement of £35 or you upgrade to a double room in the Riad for £90 (£45 each).
