Join us for a beautiful weekend of Yoga, Acroyoga, partner yoga and Thai Yoga Massage this August. Discover the art of Acroyoga flying, develop skills in acrobatic and therapeutic techniques, as well as the healing pleasure of Thai Massage.

Situated in the lush Sussex countryside we include 3 days of dancing, flying and fun with DJs, fireside kirtan with mokshamusic.org, 3 organic veggie meals a day, woodland foraging, a juice & smoothie bar – plus skinny dipping in a nearby lake!

There’s trampolining, buttercup camping, group healing, 1 on 1 therapies (extra cost) as well as sunrise yoga and dawn meditations in the temple yoga space. Come and chill in the Bedouin love lounge or dance under the stars!

What’s on

We begin our days with an early morning meditation, followed by a restorative yoga before an organic breakfast. We then have some time to chill before moving into a yoga and partner yoga, encouraging core connection and trust.

After organic lunch we have some time to explore this beautiful part of the country – or just chill in the lovely garden! By mid afternoon we use our newly-developed body integrity to dive deep into acrobatics and acro balance transitions and flows, leading to candle lit thai yoga massage.

Finally, we close with sundown kirtan before dinner and fireside sharing. Bring instruments and gifts.

All levels worked with, no partner required.

Accommodation in tents in buttercup field/ limited space in studio dormitory. Karma yogi helpers required; bring yoga mats and snacks (for extra protein if you need it).

Near Haywards Heath, Sussex, 20 miles from Brighton. Arrive by 12pm Saturday, start workshop at 3pm. Taxis £8.50 from Haywards Heath. No parking available.
