Lux is originator (with his partners of course) of SO MUCH of the washing machines and other material we work on. So what better than to drink from the source? Well, nothing is better quite frankly! Lap it up!
Over 2 days we will be covering:
Spinning Level 01
The first one are the most fun! We will explore The Most Adorable Washing Machine, Catherines’ Wheel, Spider Roll, and SO MANY MORE!
Spinning Level 02
Now that we have some basics, lets get smoother. We will explore Ninja Star, 4-step/3-step/2-step, Rotisserie, Monkey Frog, and SO MANY MORE!
Spinning Level 03
Here we get tricky: Can you find rhythm in the High Ninja Star, Bastards Brother, Rotor, Wether Vane, and SO MANY MORE!
Hand balancing
We will look at alternatives to squeeze and push. Instead we will explore how the structure works and how to soften and extend at the same time. We will balance on Hands, feet, and so many places you never thought possible.
(95% of all of the material in any of the spinning classes were developed or co-deloped by Lux.)
