DESCRIPTION:Hey Cambridge people! – AcroYoga goodness coming your way with Chetana Thornton and Neilon Pitamber. Tick-tock\, barrel-roll\, have a rest in Vishnu’s coach before a little Break Dancing. Don’t worry\, it’ll all make sense on the day \nNeilon Pitamber Don’t worry\, no real break dancing – it’s a name of a flow. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to try acroyoga yoga\, a system of yoga that has students work in pairs as they synchronise movement and work postures in the air. Some of you have tried it and asked for more. \n\nThe workshop teaches the fun foundations of aerial yoga  from the high flying moves into acroyoga therapeutic massage in the air\, cranial sacral lifts tractions\, decompressing the spine and gentle twists with inversions. Working with a partner allows the student to go deeper into postures.\n\nYou will learn specific techniques for spine release and structural realignment whilst suspended in the air.
